i wear them at night and my feet don\'t feel so swollen in the morning anymore. i haven\'t noticed much change of shapes of my legs yet. I\'d recommend it just for the comfort in the morning.

it helped with the poor blood circulation i have around my leg area but its not a slimming product. It really helps with sore legs, feels lighter the morning after.
