How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 5 days of your purchase.

* Please email to request a exchange or refund.

* Mail your returned item to: service@s-shaper.com You must pay for S&H both ways.

* Include in your package the original receipt AND a prepaid label to return the exchanged item back to you. IMPORTANT: Since we offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide, it is important that you assume the S&H costs both ways.


Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


If your item is in new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color (if available). You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
