I\'ve been wearing it for a week and I\'m already on the second (tighter) clips. However, I don\'t know if this is from stretching the material or because it\'s actually doing something. And if I need it to be tighter soon, I will have to buy another one, which means I just spent $70 to wear this thing for a few weeks. Gives my boobs an awesome lift though!

This is my first time using the waist trainer. I have had it for about 2 weeks. I Don\'t wear it everyday. I can say 5 out of 7 days. First time was uncomfortable of course. But Now I am used to it. It definitely gives me the look that I have been wanting. And I am already seeing results. Very happy and once I am done with this one I will definitely be purchasing a smaller size!

I just recieved my vest, and I wore it only a hour the first day, but today I\'m getting waisted, I was sure it was to small when I first tried putting it on but I needed assistance getting it on, I will be wearing my vest for 8 hours a day, while drinking plenty of water, and eating sensible. I love the way I look in my vest, and I\'m amazed at the way it lifts the breast. I\'ll be checking back in next week with some results...... Also I do workout, but not in vest

I ordered this to help with muffin top, and my horrid posture. It holds everything in quite well! I found it helpful to layer my bra over it, and it took about 3 days of wearing it to get arm straps adjusted well. I suggest wearing around the house first. Scent of rubber is a bit off-putting when you open it - but no one has commented that I smell like a tire :) This will push up your bust a bit.
