How can I update or cancel an order?

If you’d like to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer care team at email: service@s-shaper.com . Please note that if an order has already been sent to the warehouse, we will not be able to change or cancel it. Additionally, once it has shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled. However, you can always return items you don’t want to keep.
